Called back and got automatic voice message with quite a detailed and professional description of what their business, Sykes CMS was all about. After message you had option of pressing 1 and entering your number to have your number deleted from their base and put on DNC list. After I entered my number, I got a confirmation that my number and they repeated it back was deleted and it would take up to 72 hours to take effect. They advised might get more calls within this window but after 72 hours it would stop. Other option was to leave a message or talk to representative. Now let's see if they keep their word.
